Appointments
To make an appointment, ring 01706 253300. The phone lines are open on weekdays from 8a.m to 6.30 pm. Your request for an appointment may be dealt with by one of our reception staff who will help you to make an appointment with the appropriate clinician

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Out of Hours
To contact a doctor out of hours ring 01706 253300. Your call will be automatically transferred to an NHS Direct receptionist who will take basic details and then transfer you to a triage nurse. Wherever possible your enquiry will be dealt with over the phone and you will be encouraged to see your own doctor or nurse during normal surgery hours.

Extended hours: We are now open late Tuesday 18.30 -20.00 hours, Fri mornings 7.15 - 8.00 hours, and Sat mornings 8.30-10.00 hours.These sessions are for prebooked appointments only and are designed to help those at work during the normal working week.

Healthy Heart Campaign

If you are aged 40 or over, you should have a vascular risk check every year. If you have not done so please make an appointment.Further details and an information sheet are available from the practice.

Building Programme

This is now complete. We have three new consulting rooms which eases the pressure on available consulting space.Room numbers have been changed in line with the new development. We are awaiting the installation of new signage which hopefully will be more helpful to patients.

Expansion.The Practice continues to expand. Patient lists are increasing and more staff are being appointed.We would ask for your patience while we train up new staff.We aim to provide you with the highest possible quality care. Any suggestions as to how we may improve our services are always most welcome.
