To make an appointment, ring 01706 253300. The phone lines are open on weekdays from 8a.m to 6.30 pm. Your request for an appointment may be dealt with by one of our reception staff who will help you to make an appointment with the appropriate clinician

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Out of Hours
To contact a doctor out of hours ring 01706 253300. Your call will be automatically transferred to an NHS Direct receptionist who will take basic details and then transfer you to a triage nurse. Wherever possible your enquiry will be dealt with over the phone and you will be encouraged to see your own doctor or nurse during normal surgery hours.

Health Visitors

Health visitors based at the health centre are able to give advice on a wide range of health issues. They can be contacted on 01706 708860 or you can leave a message.
The school nurse is available to offer help/advice regarding health issues to children, adolescents and parents. The school nurse can be contacted on 01706 708864.

PODIATRIST - Appointment only
The podiatry/chiropody department offers general chiropody services according to need. These services include wound care, biomechanical assessments/treatments, health promotion, footwear clinic, rehabilitation and nail surgery. There is also a clinic for diabetic patients every Friday morning.
DIETICIAN - Appointment only
1st Wednesday in every month (9.00am - 12 noon)
Your doctor or one of the nurses may refer you for dietary advice
