To make an appointment, ring 01706 253300. The phone lines are open on weekdays from 8a.m to 6.30 pm. Your request for an appointment may be dealt with by one of our reception staff who will help you to make an appointment with the appropriate clinician

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Out of Hours
To contact a doctor out of hours ring 01706 253300. Your call will be automatically transferred to an NHS Direct receptionist who will take basic details and then transfer you to a triage nurse. Wherever possible your enquiry will be dealt with over the phone and you will be encouraged to see your own doctor or nurse during normal surgery hours.

Test Results

blood_testsPatients requiring results for tests that have been carried out at the practice should contact the surgery after 10.00am (results are normally received within five working days).

Patients with queries regarding other documentation ie hospital letters, prescriptions and referrals should also contact the surgery after 10.00am with any queries they have. There is a messaging facility within the online appointment system that is available for patients to use for non-urgent communication with the practice.

The surgery has facilities available for patients with hearing difficulties who are not able to use a conventional phone to contact the surgery. If you require further details of these schemes please contact the practice manager at the surgery.
